Rules and Regulations: Guest Policies

Thank you for choosing VA-Apartment for your stay. Please review the policies below to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience.

§1 General Provisions

  1. These policies apply to all Guests staying at VA-Apartment, located at 55b Avenida del Salvador, Apt. 34, 03-170 Rojales, Spain.
  2. The terms “VA-Apartment” refer to the landlord, while “Guest” refers to the party renting the room.

§2 Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Rooms are rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
  2. Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00 PM the following day.
  3. For safety and comfort, Guests are not allowed to invite non-registered individuals to the apartment. A penalty fee of 500 EUR will be imposed for violations, and non-registered individuals will be asked to leave.
  4. A cash deposit of 300 EUR is required at check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the apartment inspection.
  5. Guests wishing to extend their stay must request an extension at least 2 days before their scheduled departure, subject to room availability.
  6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00 AM. VA-Apartment reserves the right to deny service to Guests who do not comply.

§3 Reservation and Check-In Procedure

  1. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.
  2. A reservation is confirmed once an email confirmation is sent to the provided address.
  3. Guests will receive a set of keys.
  4. Prices listed on the VA-Apartment website include VAT.
  5. The total fee for the stay is charged in advance.
  6. Early departures will not be refunded for the remaining days.
  7. Cancellation policy:
    • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival incur no fee.
    • Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.
  8. Keeping the apartment past 12:00 PM on the day of check-out is considered an extension of stay.
  9. Guests may not transfer the apartment to a third party.
  10. Any service issues must be reported immediately via email to vacationalicante@gmail.com.
  11. Claims will be resolved within 14 days.
  12. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

§4 Return of Lost Items

  1. Personal items left behind will be shipped to the provided address at the Guest’s expense.
  2. If no instructions are received, items will be stored for 1 month before becoming the property of VA-Apartment.

§5 Additional Provisions

  1. VA-Apartment reserves the right to refuse service to Guests who have previously violated policies or caused damage.
  2. Pets are not allowed.
  3. For fire safety, the use of candles, heaters, electric kettles, and similar devices is prohibited, except those provided by VA-Apartment. Phone and computer chargers are exempt.
  4. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited. A 500 EUR cleaning fee will apply for violations.
  5. Dangerous goods, weapons, and ammunition are prohibited.
  6. Guests must report any damage immediately. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
  7. VA-Apartment bears limited liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, and other items of significant value.
  8. All items in the rooms and common areas are property of VA-Apartment and must not be removed. Guests are financially responsible for any missing items discovered after check-out.
