Rules and Regulations: Guest Policies
Thank you for choosing VA-Apartment for your stay. Please review the policies below to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience.
§1 General Provisions
- These policies apply to all Guests staying at VA-Apartment, located at 55b Avenida del Salvador, Apt. 34, 03-170 Rojales, Spain.
- The terms “VA-Apartment” refer to the landlord, while “Guest” refers to the party renting the room.
§2 Check-In and Check-Out
- Rooms are rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
- Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00 PM the following day.
- For safety and comfort, Guests are not allowed to invite non-registered individuals to the apartment. A penalty fee of 500 EUR will be imposed for violations, and non-registered individuals will be asked to leave.
- A cash deposit of 300 EUR is required at check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the apartment inspection.
- Guests wishing to extend their stay must request an extension at least 2 days before their scheduled departure, subject to room availability.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00 AM. VA-Apartment reserves the right to deny service to Guests who do not comply.
§3 Reservation and Check-In Procedure
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.
- A reservation is confirmed once an email confirmation is sent to the provided address.
- Guests will receive a set of keys.
- Prices listed on the VA-Apartment website include VAT.
- The total fee for the stay is charged in advance.
- Early departures will not be refunded for the remaining days.
- Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival incur no fee.
- Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.
- Keeping the apartment past 12:00 PM on the day of check-out is considered an extension of stay.
- Guests may not transfer the apartment to a third party.
- Any service issues must be reported immediately via email to vacationalicante@gmail.com.
- Claims will be resolved within 14 days.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
§4 Return of Lost Items
- Personal items left behind will be shipped to the provided address at the Guest’s expense.
- If no instructions are received, items will be stored for 1 month before becoming the property of VA-Apartment.
§5 Additional Provisions
- VA-Apartment reserves the right to refuse service to Guests who have previously violated policies or caused damage.
- Pets are not allowed.
- For fire safety, the use of candles, heaters, electric kettles, and similar devices is prohibited, except those provided by VA-Apartment. Phone and computer chargers are exempt.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited. A 500 EUR cleaning fee will apply for violations.
- Dangerous goods, weapons, and ammunition are prohibited.
- Guests must report any damage immediately. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
- VA-Apartment bears limited liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, and other items of significant value.
- All items in the rooms and common areas are property of VA-Apartment and must not be removed. Guests are financially responsible for any missing items discovered after check-out.
